Installation
1. Prepare supply and blow tube pipes to suit valve specification. Avoid installing
valves underneath the tank.
2. Make sure tank and pipes for connection clear, avoid dirt, rust or other particulate.
3. Make sure air source is clean and dry.
4, When mount valves to inlet pipes and outlet to the baghouse, ensuring no excess thread
sealant can enter the valve itself. Keep clear in the valve and pipe.
5. Make electrical connections between coil and the controller or connect RCA air control valve with pilot valve
6. Make appropriate pressure to system and check for installation leaks.
7. Fully pressurise system.
